Back Pain

The main reasons for back pain in today´s society are obviously

Lack of movement, prolonged periods of sitting and in consequence:  Bad posture.
In the past, people moved about a lot and often required considerable muscular strength for their work.

On average, people  walked approximately 20 km per day.

Today things are easier. Technological progress has completely changed our way of life. The car has replaced natural movement. Many jobs are done mainly sitting down. The musculature is used only little or unilaterally.

Today people only walk about 1 km per day – or even less.

Unilateral or incorrect posture at work and long periods of sitting in a bad position place great strain on the joints and the spine. Due to a lack of movement, the musculature cannot regenerate naturally and the spine therefore lacks the necessary relief.

In the long term, this leads to an unconscious change in posture and continuous unhealthy strain on the spine and joints. The result is a visibly incorrect posture and, due to constant excess strain on the musculature, the following classic pain symptoms
